The National Cowgirl Museum and Ft. Worth to Midland,Texas

We enjoyed the Cowgirl Museum. We were disappointed that there isn't yet a book about the exhibits.

Our visit coincided the with the Ft. Worth Stock Show. High school student artwork from the Star-Telegram Stock Show Art Contest was on exhibit at the Cowgirl Museum. We especially enjoyed meeting one of the students, Rebecca Lopez, and her mother and sister. They gave us permission to take pictures and to use them here. The contest is open to all students ages 5-19 that are enrolled in a Texas public, private or accredited home school.
